ABOUT ME
I’m Laurel, the girl or I guess I should say woman behind Laurel Z Photography. I am married to the love of my life and have an amazing daughter. They are truly my biggest fans and I could not have gotten where I am without their support. I never in a million years thought I would find my passion in life. I grew up in the Bay Area, attended UC Berkeley and had a hand full of jobs after I graduated. I grew up loving photography but I never pursued it in college. Years later my husband came home with a new DSLR camera and from there it began.
Years later I finally realized what I was truly meant to do in life. I love creating memories for people. I love all that photography gives to me and others. It has connected me to so many people and I love that I can constantly learn new things. It is a true honor to do what I do and I cannot wait to see where this journey takes me next!
